Service Calls

Service calls for equipment purchased from Statewide Office Systems are $85, which includes travel and the first 15 minutes on site for customers within 20 miles of Statewide. After the first 15 minutes, customers are charged $50 for up to each additional 30 minutes. For customers outside of 20 miles, the service call charges are:

• >20 to 25 miles = $90
• >25 to 30 miles = $95
• >30 to 35 miles = $100
• >35 to 40 miles = $105
• >40 to 45 miles = $110
• >45 to 50 miles = $115

Etc. (Mileage is figured by Google Maps shortest route)

Service calls for equipment purchased elsewhere are $125 which includes travel and the first 15 minutes on site for customers within 20 miles of Statewide. After the first 15 minutes customers are charged $75 for up to each additional 30 minutes. For customers outside of 20 miles the service call charges are:

• >20 to 25 miles = $130
• >25 to 30 miles = $135
• >30 to 35 miles = $140
• >35 to 40 miles = $145
• >40 to 45 miles = $150
• >45 to 50 miles = $155
